Thanks Wheelman. Is there a thread anywhere about the Dio conversion?

Probably a silly question but what do I need to change the gearing(prefer not to have to change wheels or tyres)?

Kit fitted. Tried various jets but ended up with 110 although I have to leave the filter out and cover off.
It starts and runs fine but top end doesn't seem that much better. It feels like the gearing is too low?

Thanks. Found that but 'back order' presumably means 'we haven't got any'?

Thanks for the replies. I have had a look but haven't yet found a supplier for #95 Jets. If anyone know where I can find one please let me know (it looks like the Daytona Kit would be the best option since we plan doing more work so may need future changes).

Having upgraded the variator, ramp and weights on my 92 Vision AF05 I have now taken delivery of an Airsal BBK which I will be fitting shortly. The kit isn't supplied with a head so I presume I use the standard head? Also any idea on what needle I need and does anyone have the part numbers for them?...

I've just taken delivery of my Keli variator but I still need an unrestricted ramp and haven't managed to find one anywhere. Presumably there will be no point fitting the variator without upgrading the ramp?

Sorry. Unless I'm looking in the wrong area I couldn't find ramps listed on PMs site. Also I wanted to get some parts whilst I'm in the USA.

Can anyone tell me where to get an upgraded Ramp for my UK restricted SA50? I've ordered a variator so do I also need the ramp?
