I am installing a new Bando belt, Keli variator and ramp that came included in Keli kit on my SA50p. Will the stock boss work or is it too long?
Thnx

SA50P belt and clutch
I got a 2000 Elite 50 S and will be doing a few things to it. Been trying to research the answers to a few questions but have been unable find the info... Can someone please tell me for a stock SA50P: How long do clutch shoes and springs last on average? How long does the belt last on average? When ...

Re: 2000 Elite S or 1999 Elite SR
Had a great day yesterday...
Sold the Spree and got an all stock 2000 Elite S. Jumps up to 27mph and stays right there;-) Will derestrict soon. Last weekend of the summer with the kids and I want to do stuff with them.
Would a #87 jet work ok?
Alex, what size step bit did you use?

Re: Spree crank seal
Hey Pat,
Installed the crank seal. Very easy. That is the good news. Bad news is that it did not make anything better. It's on the chopping block. Got a few interested parties coming to see it this weekend. Getting into an Elite. See how that goes. Thnx for all your help, really appreciated it....

Re: 2000 Elite S or 1999 Elite SR
The SR has part of the nose cover missing/broken off. Is the throtle cable hard to install? Would you just plug the oil pump and run premix? Seems cost wise, it's a wash. $25 for the plug or the cable. Oil injection is convenient though. I read the washer on the muffler is pretty thick. Suggestion o...

2000 Elite S or 1999 Elite SR
Which one would you buy, 2000 Elite S or 1999 Elite SR? S has 3,400 mi and the SR 4,200.

Re: Spree crank seal
Well mine starts real easy but that is all it does well... Hopefully the seal fixes what ails it and I can enjoy it, instead of working on it. I am thinking of restricting the uni filter a bit to better simulate a stock air box. Hard to get my hands on a lid... Thnx again Pat. Will report tomorrow i...

Re: Spree crank seal
I would would love it if it would just so rocked!! Buhuhaaa... Do u think all that oil is from a bad crank seal? This whole BBK has been strange. A few of others here have had the same issues with the Taz BBK. I've read others with comp of 90psi and rough running like I had. I want to figure it out....

Spree crank seal
Do these pictures confirm a leaky seal? Running rough, no power, etc. no leaks on the right side. Will replacing it solve a lot of problems? Is my belt toast as well with all that oil?
