Re: 2001 Elite S 50 performance
I have a lightly used Malossi MHR cylinder kit for sale. It will fit perfectly in the fan shroud and appear stock. It will be hindered by the stock pipe and carb but you can always upgrade those later if you want.

Re: Cylinder repair
I finally found a suitable piston. I've been searching and emailing suppliers for help finding a matching piston. All I needed is a 47.6mm piston with the ring gap located in the center of the piston on the intake side. Nobody could help me not even Fabrizi. While searching I found a good pic of a P...

Re: Side Bleed Pipe
I have a side bleed People's Pipe for my Honda Hobbit. I did not like it compaired to my Proma though. It was a lot thicker metal compaired to the Proma, and it was 10x quieter. I did not adjust my trans on my Hobbit either because I didn't have any other weights to use so that may be why it didn't ...

I couldn't do it with out him. A dremel with a flex shaft is great but some things need to be left to the pros.

Re: SYM DD50 porting project
It wasn't designed for a CT reed block. It was designed for the flat reed that came stock. That hump would be the backside of the reeds and reed stop.

Re: More pics of my stroker setup
Spooneg6, what brand crank and cylinder are you using? Did you modify the cases yourself to fit the stroker parts? That big PG pipe is sweet looking and that carb is very nice!!

Re: Whitey's stroker
I was going to check for that. Especially since this is a stroker, the big end is so much further out from center than stock. I was going to take my old bearings and grind them down so they will easily slide onto the crank and into the cases to test fit my parts. I've heard that happens to some engi...

Re: Whitey's stroker
I use the black beauty type stuff from Harbor Freight. It works great, is cheap and is black, so if it is on the aluminum it's shows. I wipe everything down and blow air over the parts to flush out the dust. I hope I'm not leaving micro particles that will hurt my motor. Some parts I wash in the sin...
