My scooter is all of a sudden is bogging, slowing down mid throttle.
If i can get it to full throttle without stalling it works fine. Idle works fine; full throttle works fine Any Suggestions?
Just cleaned carb and replaced head/cylinder 500km ago. Could this somehow be the auto choke?

50cc Electric Conversion
I know most people are happy with their gas sippers, but I thought some might find this build log interesting from the electric vehicle forum I frequent. Pictures are mostly on page 8, as the previous ones got corrupted. This is a one of a few different 50cc electric conversions scattered on the for...

Re: No Spark on DIO, CDI?
Right you guys are, apparently everything was fine, and I just had to stomp on the kick-starter 20 times. I guess the spark was actually working, but I could not see it. Been using scoot for months since, and it's still sparking fine.

Re: Difference between 5pin CDIs? Vertial vs Horizontal?
Turned out to not be a CDI problem.
Just a FYI for anyone else with this question, I did order the $5 Generic CDI, plugged it in and it seems to work identical to the Official Honda One.

Difference between 5pin CDIs? Vertial vs Horizontal?
Looks like i need a replacement CDI for my AF18E. Lots of the the CDIs are listed as for Horizontal Engine, is there any difference? http://www.ebay.ca/itm/AC-Racing-CDI-Performance-CDI-box-for-Honda-DIO-50-SE50-SK50-SA50-Elite-scooter-/271251416641?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f27...

17.6F outside today. Kinda sucks for trying to heat cycle the scooter. Guess I'll just have to wait a couple weeks.

Re: Honda AF18E DIO SK50M Malossi 70cc Installation
Finally finished installing the cast iron kit and it started up (only for a minute so far). This is a victory for me since, I've never taken an engine or carb apart before. Thanks to RedEFTPerfornace for the parts and installation tips. 28F outside temperature today. I guess I'll warm it up a few ti...

Snapped one of the cylinder mounting bolts.
So, almost finished installing my new kit. Was trying to tightening to 12ft/lb with torque wrench gradually in cross pattern. 3 bolts got to 12ft/lb no problem. Last one decided to snap right at the engine.
What is the best method to try to extract this bolt, maybe get someone to weld a nut to it?
