you are correct bud. it was the only way i could think of bending it. i used a hand saw, pliers, and c clap. then welded in the channel. screws held it onto the wood so i could drill it.

put a light coating of grease on the seals too bud! cool build

not going efi or any fuel injection. only carbs here. no room for added wiring. there isnt a cost effective way to put seal bearings in there. i might try the 2 stroke oil idea. and maybe see if they make a gasoline resistant grease.

thanks for the info. i dont think you knocking me or anything. just sharing your knowledge. most things i have seen/read they just run the same amount of boost to the gas tank as going into the carb.

cant run gas threw a smog pump. it will remove all the grease from the unsealed bearings. a few check valves and it will work fine.

im not that far yet. the fan is going back on with a shroud.

driving off the crank ill be driving it. bench testing shows that it does compress air. no efi setup yet. i can get it to work with this carb and a few check valves. going out of town this weekend. more work will start monday!! also when i get the bugs worked out ill make a really detailed write up.

spree is getting supercharged with a smog pump off a rx7. seen may videos on youtube with great results.

yes its a stock 150cc. its not quiet at all! very fun to ride as well.

haven't been on here in a while. installed a huge list of parts. big valve head, big cam, new rings,and have yet to install upgears and i plan on raising the compression to run on e85. but i did hit 60mph going down a hill. i would say the scooter hits 50mph or so on flat ground very quickly. no gps...

you can get e85 to get along with 2 stroke oil? i heard that they dont like to mix.
