Also, does anybody know how fast the electric start should be cranking the engine? Mine seems slow but I'm charging it now, and I was just wondering if it has to crank at a certain rate to get the engine to start. Fuel line diameter on '86 Spree?
What size fuel line do I need for the piece that goes from the petcock to the carb? Is it 3/16? I couldn't find this bit of information in the service manual.

It depends. If you're not used to 2-cycle engines it might be more smoke than you're expecting.
