What about the clutch pads?Could they be slipping under load?You may not be able to hold it by hand but it may slip under load.Where is your main neeedle jet clip positioned?

As I had stated in other posts I tested the bystarter numerous times on and off the scooter and it is blocking the enriching circuit fuel and air flow after it warms up.Starting to focus on the reed valve assy. Thanks for the input.
