Yes,I did disconnect the bystarter and it still runs crappy.I took the wires off right after it boogged down and hooked an air hose on the small inlet hole on the carb and the air was blocked telling me that the bystarter had indeed came down and shut off the air flow and in tern should have shut of...

As I had stated in other posts I tested the bystarter numerous times on and off the scooter and it is blocking the enriching circuit fuel and air flow after it warms up.Starting to focus on the reed valve assy. Thanks for the input.
