Air box won't make it not fire.Do you have spark?Crank engine with plug hanging out on the engine.Is there fuel actually getting in the carb bowl.Open bowl drain and see if it flows out.If no fuel in bowl the float needle maight be stuck.Joe

Yes idle jet is next to main.Blow compressed air thru it or blow carb cleaner thru it.If plugged get a set of carb. cleaning wires or soak it or maybe air will blow it out.Whydo you think the bystarter is bad or stuck.Bike running bad or not idleing?

Yes.The small copper tube next to the center main jet is the idle tube/jet.Most any carb will have a Main jet(for top end speed )and needle and the slow idle jet which has a very tiny hole for idle speed up to maybe 1/4 throttle.Most motorcycles have removeable jets that unscrew for eay cleaning and...

Check your idle jet, it may be plugged.I just got an 85' Aero 50cc that the idle jet was clogged.It would start cold then as it warmed would not idle more than a few seconds and if given throttle would bog out.Very fine wire(small guitar string) will unplug it or get a set of carb wires.Joe

Anyone have a source for a parts manual for my 85 Aero NB50?I would like to have a copy of one.Or if someone van give me part numbers for the throttle cable, float needle and ait filter element it would be appreciated.Thanks Joe
