I think is possible to make a stock spree go 40 or faster. throw some different gears in there. If they don't make the gears I would make my own. Not a lot of power though.

I've cut almost all internal walls inside the motor. more photos.
Forum, hopefully someone can make a bigger after-market case? there is no room in stock cases.

I've used J-B Weld for sealing on one of my other Motors. been on there 3 years no problem.
Before I put it together . It takes 24 hours for this extra meat to dry.

I'm going to use J-B Weld on the thin case. To add thickness to the case, For sealing purposes.
J-B Weld, and Wax paper.

I'm going to make the clearances for the ZX Drive Variator. I'm also going to smooth the small bump in the back. rubs on the belt.

I'm not sure if you can add a nut to the opposite side? I don't think so. the third hole is fine. I'm not going to go through the case.

I used this Dremel tip to flatten the surface so I can add a lock nut.

Forum, You can drill, and put a bolt right through left side holes.
I drilled and tapped the hole. I used a smaller drill bit so not to cut the threads.
Forum, change in plan. I just drill straight through makes life easier.
