Re: upgrades to a dd50
Check the pic on the web it is power jet carb.
Cant say I have it tuned 100 percent but its running nice enough. How do you think they compare to other carbs? Is it worth getting the molossi carb?

Re: upgrades to a dd50
I am using the 24mm oko with the malossi cast kit. 86 jetting I know super small compared to everyone on here. If I go up it starts to run like crap. The plug looks good and I premix at 40 to 1 . I get good kms per tank and at full throttle have only hit temps of 330. Im at loss. I previously did 10...

Re: Tuning help needed... What am I missing?
Have you tried going lower on the jetting. I run a 86 jet it works doesnt overheat. Runs well. Any higher than a 92 it runs like crap

Re: temp gauge tuning
I have the same but I'm only on a 86 main. Is yours ported. Every seems to be using much larger jets than I. If I put a 92 or higher it spits and is slow of the start with the odd back fire.

temp gauge tuning
Hi
Just got a cheap temp gauge 10mm too small to fit on the spark plug. Would placing it under one of the head bolts still give a accurate running temp? What temp range should be looking at achieving.
