lol try a bigger pilot.. unported blocks can handle up to 55. Since your "porting" is only to a S block size, its still considered stock to me. did you really tune the carb? You told me that you build many motors and this is the first time you have this problem. You know that just because ...

when we go on cruises or im riding alone, if there is no one around ill go to the walk button , press it then . I either jump off and run or sometimes just do a circle to the side walk and press it. if im lazy Red light action!

wheelman is correct, just clean it , relube!
I use this purple power stuff for all my motors. carb /brake clean gets expensive when you go thru it like candy!

Make sure you nip off the end of those hoses if you didnt replace them. Tightens them up even more!

Traffic, its not the manifold thats modified hehe
just widen up the flange holes with a dremel or mill, its got maybe 2 mm to the edge, this one i just eyeballed it untill it fit, then next batch i got is going to be done on a mill, then resold
