The stock clutch works perfectly with the big bore set up. And if you don't change the gear ratio at all the stock clutch springs are also fine. Do I have to premix my gas and oil with the spree 48mm bbk w/21mm carb, or can I still use the stock oil pump? If I premix what ratio?
Also, will my stock clutch/gear step-up be alright with this bbk?

Sounds like a seizure to me. What does the cylinder and piston look like? Take a Look at the crank case and make sure there is no debris in there. I'd check the condition of the reeds, I wonder if the motor sucked something in the intake. You want to get to the cause of the issue before installatio...
