Re: Benjis spree

Ya haha. Curves over the frame and to the front. Looks like 1/8" plate steel. Actually makes the spree frame a little stronger.

Pic of the mount. Not pretty but seems strong. I added the rear brace in place of a shock, it bolts in under the frame.

Re: Double Trouble

I like your overlay haha. You should use it.

I feel ya about the weather. Everytime it gets a little non-wet outside I wanna ride, then I remember all the silt and road grime left from the rain. I'm moving the south west someday haha.

Re: Sb50p sticker bomb build

Look for a 'jet drill kit' it's a kit with a bunch of drill bits jet-sized. I've got one a good buddy gave me, very handy. Here's one, kinda small tho https://m.ebay.com/itm/New-21pc-Mini-Drill-Bit-Set-Index-Case-Aluminum-Hand-Drill-Models-Hobby-/191386545072?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275&_mwBann...

Re: Benjis spree

Thanx meatball. I'll try to post pics. The former owner welded some steel to the frame, looks ugly but seems strong. I'm going hard tail to keep the movement down. In theory it should be stronger that way I think. Almost finished with the odds n ends, should fire soon.

Re: Benjis spree

Just sold this one, and then immediately bought another. Overse's old bike, his spree-a-relli. It's in pieces but I got just about everything with it, plus a jog motor to bolt up to it and a bunch of other stuff cuz he was cleaning out his garage.

Re: Sb50p sticker bomb build

I have a jet drill kit, which is nice for verifying jet sizes and also redrilling jets to bigger sizes.

Re: Sb50p sticker bomb build

There are guys that have wrapped there foam filters with duct tape and made boxes for em to get em to work... But it's a tough one to get consistently working Imo I tried and went to an air box on my Zuma haha. Btw, if you need/want an OEM airbox, I've got one from a spree I'll let go cheap. I think...
