Got one of the bits stuck in my finger tryna put it back in the pack tho. https://s26.postimg.org/uo15epxzd/IMG_20171121_0934182...

Re: Double Trouble....Elwood!
I know a guy who built alot of 2t race motors. Scooters, ATVs, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, etc. Loves pwks, says they are easy to tune. His rule is to make it not start unless it's choked, idle clean and crisp, bark at mid throttle and be a little rich at WOT. But he's also not afraid of changing piston...

Re: Double Trouble....Elwood!
The bigger pwks take some pretty big mains I've noticed. I'm running vm26 mikini off a kx65 and it came with a very lean needle. I'm running a 150 mj on it. Try up jetting huge or going full rich on the clip and see if it's better. I was at 125 mj and getting a similar condition as your describing, ...

Re: Benjis spree
There's some burn thru on the front part, but it's not too bad and most of the stress is on the "hooped" portion. It ain't perfect but it held up under the previous guy who was a lil bigger than me. I was thinking about maybe adding some more tie-in points to the frame and bolting instead ...

Re: bystarter question
I believe you can test it by removing it and giving it power. It has a little needle that should move after about a minute or two.

Re: bystarter question
The by starter can become inoperational and that would cause it to stay closed I think. But that is a little rare cause of the nature of how it works. When it breaks it usually stays open in my experiences.

Re: Sb50p sticker bomb build
I think alot of em are haha. But hey it is what it is. I barely use mine unless I'm tuning, then it's mostly used for checking jet sizes. Sometimes there a little off.
