Sounds like the bore walls are all scored up. Id try a fresh plug. If still no fire. Pull the top end and check the bore.

The paper filter better than the stone ones, hence less flow. That's a problem.

The rain gaurd that comes with the polini pod filters (blue one) works good. Except mine fell off so maybe zip tie it on. SSS sells them (graphite9). Or maybe 1man8scoots can get ahold of some of those honda wing things.

I run the malossi belts on my stock elite pulley and my zx pulley, spacing the drive face was required and spacing the tranny cover with some washers. Graphie has the boss spacers too.
