I used a COMET 200421 (A-DF), Comet Industries belt replacement for TC88 Series, 883-80 Go Kart belt. My oem belt was fine but knowing a new oem was unavailable I ordered one jest to see and it runs just as well as the original belt. Haven't even changed it back.

Patthesoundguy, where are you ordering the stock Dio af18 carb from? Let us know it you see improvement. Did you ever get the header length right on the exhaust? What exhaust did you start with?

Upgrading my carb is definitely something I'm considering. I've read 21-24mm works well. Hey Drew_Crew, did you get a chance to install the HONDA Dio ZX Joker Elite AF16/18/27 DD50 DJ - Intake PWK 24mm Carburetor Jet Kit? I also hAve an 85 Aero 80 and would love to get more MPH. Mine tops out at 40-43 MPH. I've been trying all summer to get more out of the old girl but no luck.
