Re: Easy Peezy Stretch Mount.
Made the mount a little safer by adding some metal as support. I will buy another piece for the left and right sides for more flex proofing. Got it straight enough.

Re: Easy Peezy Stretch Mount.

Although not everyone has a welder or skills of that nature but one could be found. Thanks for the motivation!!! :thumbwink: Yo...

Re: High RPM Goals.
Back at it again after doing some part swaps. New metro fork swap and a af16 on the side for real speed when i get tired of or ruin all my af05 jugs and cases. Flex hone, suzuki 41mm rings, and more on the way. I found out the honda hobbit head also fits our scoot so i have been looking at possible ...

Gates AX24 fits perfect!
Finaly got my spree running so I figured a new belt was in order. I've seen people had rubbing issues with the gates but after removing the middle washer on the drive pulley it clears the rear tab by like 3mm lol. I didnt realise the sb50p clutches were way bigger than the regular sprees. I also got...

Re: Replacement 44mm bbk Rings?
I'll have the original rings in my possesion to measure, I've been watching videos on ring filing for a perfect fit. The rings are only incase I need a rebuild in the future if I mess the kit up.

Re: Replacement 44mm bbk Rings?
What kit is it?? Cant you ask the seller if they sell rings for their kits? There are more specifics to rings than simply their diameter. The kit is coming from a local guy it has instructions about cutting the head but I didnt hear a brand yet. Worst case I was going to measure the piston and ring...

Finally got some pictures with the case off, it split right across the 3 little webs of metal in the case. The belt held everything together.

Re: Cracked Driveline in Half, Wrecked Today.
:( Greetings: Coming REALLY late into this discussion, but finally read it with great interest. It really only takes ONE failure from the millions sold for Honda's Risk Management Team to take notice and hold Engineering to account. We may not have heard about a quiet Settlement (Probably in Califo...

Thanks for posting, and glad you are ok. I posted the SB50 case info to pass 'tribal knowlege' around. Since you are lo...
