didnt drill out the restrictor but cleaned the carb and went from 15 mph to 25 mph, which is a great improvment in my eyes. I have only put about $100 - $110 into it since I got it from my uncle who was gonna throw it away. It rocks!!!! I'm thinking about painting it any suggestions on the color it ...

if i remove the restrictor inside the muffler of my Iowa Spree would i have to chane the jets.
do any of you have step by step instructions to do so :?: :idea:
