I bought this project scooter couple of weeks ago, finally got it running last night, and found out only the high beam works. Reading the manual, says only to replace whole headlight (which I cannot find), not bulbs. I just read posts above stating I need to cut open and replace, lots of work, PITA,...

I checked the connection near headlight while running, seemed fine. That's it

I bought a used NB50, air filter just crumbs. I cannot measure thickness, and no info online. I see I can get just material to make one, but not sure of thickness.
Does it even matter what material thickness I use??

My headlight on my 85 aero went out. Where can I buy a new one? I only see used ones and expensive, like $60. Or, any cheap alternatives? Thanks!

Still not working. Could it be the other end of wiring?

THanks Meatball. I still can't figure out where the loose wire goes. I don't want to blow any fuses or short anything. Also, this is by the throttle. On same piece with run/stop switch.

Hi, I picked up my 1st scooter, needs lots of work, and I'm non-mechanical. The starter on my Aero does not work, brake and all switches and engaged on per manual. I noticed 1 wire is free as can see on attached picture. Where does it need to attach to, and how?
