Re: Recent AF16 build
I think Im running a 114 MJ in my Polini Corsa with a Pwk24. You should bring that way down. Im assuming this is a Polini CP as the main jet the pwk comes with is larger than 98

Re: 1985 "Trash Aero" project
I didnt want to pull weight from the rollers because its right where I want it now, it would overrev if i pulled anymore from it. Still makes plenty of power at 10500 but theres no reason to be there until I hit the edge of the gears I have malossi fly clutch and green springs in now, Its pretty d**...

Re: 1985 "Trash Aero" project
Thanks yall. I finally got new clutch springs in so I could switch from my Keli Lightweight down to a malossi fly. I had issues in the past with clutch bell offset, so ordered a tfc. TFC works great but would admittedly slip quite a bit on the line which is cool cause i dont like dumping over. I put...

I also polished the panels a bit, or what paint is left. Also did some more stitching on the broken bits. Figure might as well make it lo...

Re: 1985 "Trash Aero" project
wheres the pictures of this head light you speak of?? looking good nate. but you should have cut the silencer off the muffler and turned it down instead of cutting up your storage compartment. I like the zx wheels. did you get them from that place I told u about? you should bid on a belly pan and a...

Re: 1985 "Trash Aero" project
I do feel a little bad for not updating in a while. I know its kinda dead here, but I feel compelled to keep the forum info at the ready. I have a couple other threads on here for various tuning and disk build out. Since I last posted on this one, I have done quite a bit. I added a hella supertone h...

Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
I was too fat on the main jet, it goes like * with a 108 in it. Only wants to hang at 10500 but it's firmly on it. Also did zx trans

Re: HOW TO: Convert 1985+ NB50 to Disk Brakes
another thing to add to this is the zx and other japan scooters have the neck bearings caged. not loose like our us scooters. the caged neck bearing will fit in our US cups and work just fine. and theyre easier to keep track of than the loose ball bearings. I ordered Sa50 bearings that were caged, ...

Re: HOW TO: Convert 1985+ NB50 to Disk Brakes
I have one take-away from this. If you can find a 2.15 wheel kit online, just do that. Its probs way easier and maybe cheaper.

Re: HOW TO: Convert 1985+ NB50 to Disk Brakes
Update: I have had trouble getting the NCY grips to fit with the plastics on, I might find some way to mod it, but not real sure at this point. Ordered some cheap red ones on ebay, hopefully they dont look too awful. I started the weekend off by attempting to strip paint off the dio wheels and my sy...

Re: NCY Exhaust Jetting AF16
Ok. Thanks for the response. I ordered one last night cause I think my stock exhaust is plugged. Hoping it’s an improvement. Ive heard they are pretty good. The engine I had it on had a bad crank and and low compression which was why I had bad experiences. I think youll see some power improvement u...
