Replaced the starter relay, with no change. Cleaned and reconnected all the grounds I could find.

Based on some threads here and elsewhere, my next stop is the bendix. I have 2 extra motors, and at least one has a verified good starter / bendix. Going to get to it this week.

here's a quick video. as said, i've tried 2 different starters, and 2 different batteries. current battery is reading 12.5v. Hi there, Got a 1999 CH80 with a brand new motor. Runs great with a drill start, but will not turn over reliably with the starter. Starter has been replaced, as has been the battery. title. trying to swap out the motor on a late 90s Elite and want to make sure what can be swapped in.

My sister has a pretty nice Spree in the Shasta white/green style. Only thing it's missing is the "Special" decal on the front fender. Any place to source them?

I believe the one I have is 86, as it's the white and shasta green version. Looking for a replacement carb, and it seems like there are a lot of suspect ones out there.
