Honda Spree - Where Should I Buy Parts
I am currently working on 2 different honda sprees, a 1986 and a 1987. On my 1986 I recently purchased a Carb from ebay that seems to have worked but I was not sure if there was a site that you guys would recommend buying from to get parts. Has Ebay be trustworthy in the past for you? The Parts I am...

Are these Factory 1986 Honda Spree Accessories?
So I just picked up a 1986 honda spree with 1900 miles on it for 700 bucks. The guy that sold it to me had a couple accessories with it but I am not sure if they are factory or not. The basket doesn't exactly line up on the front. The gentleman didn't have the hardware for the rear storage bin and t...

Re: 1986 Honda Spree HELP
WOW!! Just when I think I've seen everything that can go wrong with a Spree, this shows up. I have a good starter gear. What else do you need? Cool, I can't find one of them for the heck of me. I have searched for a dozen days and can't find a thing. I am also looking for a Bendix, a starter and th...

1986 Honda Spree HELP
I picked up a 1986 Honda spree with 3200 miles on it the other day for 275 bucks. I also have a 1985 with 1700 Miles on it. I bought the 86 to rob some nicer parts off it for my 85. The main part I want to Rob is the kick start. After opening up the cover to the 86, the gear inside is pretty screwed...

Re: Honda Gyro Starters
Ok, so based on that snipped of your pics above and what said, you CAN add the seal, right? Unless cheap aftermarket motors don't have the space. The seal fits the SA50 starter in the photo. What I do not know is that for all years SA50 starters were machined to fit a seal. On the aftermarket side,...

Re: Help finding a Elite SB50 starter
I'm curious where you got the starter and if you could give more details what you did. I have an sb50p and cannot find a starter. I have seen starters for a sa50 but haven't found much information on if they would work

1989 Honda Elite SB50P
I recently picked up a 1989 SB50P Elite. It has 5000 miles on it and runs pretty good but I have noticed some small issues with it. When I purchased it the guy said the battery was bad so it wouldn't power turn signals. (It would power them but only one click and that was it) I just replaced the bat...
