turn it around? doesn't the needle just fit downward? Would this be a cause for no slack? Also how to deal with flooded engine? Pilleazze!

Is there any way to bleed the fuel from the engine not just from the carb? Should I just wait it out? Got it turned over but then had to make throttle adjustments. Also throttle not picking up any slack and the manual does not show any diagrams of the throttle assemble on the handlebar. Tried to adj...

It just seems strange because upon first purchasing it, it was running amazing with no leaks what so ever. It might not be a stock petcock. I would like to use that option as last resort, it is possible for it to run without the vaccum line hooked up. I' ll give ebay a shot. Thanks.

Thanks for responding so quickly. The hoses are hooked up correctly, I've been through the service manual etc. a million times. The fuel comes out of both hoses when unattached.
