Re: Manual Remote Choke Mod V2.0
Strictly occasional cold start when ambient temp is below 72° for any period of time, otherwise not used . . . line goes to previous oil injection port on manifold I don't run any choke at all in summer Interesting, so you’re running premix and bypassing that oil injection completely? Couldn’t a ‘T...

Re: Manual Remote Choke Mod V2.0
So is the syringe and extra fuel line to send extra fuel for gard starts or to pull vacuum on the petcock to get fuel flowing to the carb on hard starts?

Can you elaborate on this? What exactly is it doing. Are you bypassing the auto bystarter somehow? Very curious

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?
Does anyone know how many wires the headlight harness has? Trying to figure out how many connections a 25 watt halogen bulb should have to swap one.

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?
@noiseguy - ok now Im getting it, you’re design eliminates the whole lens and everything. Would be cool if there was a way to use some cheap and readily available automotive light bulb in it for long term replacement. Idk much about the leds but wonder if there’s a market standard type of thing avai...

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?
Which 3D printer do you use? I picked up a 3D printed petcock cover off someone awhile back and it was decent quality. Not like oem but still sufficient.

Re: Honda SA50 Headlight Replacement?
@Rideslikenacho do you have a 3D printer? Or would you need to buy a 3D printed part? Unfortunately I do not have one or Id probably be coming up with a battery cover too and some other things. I’d be interested in buying one depending on the cost of course. It’s a great idea and really does need a...

Re: ‘85 Spree - no power issue
‘Suspect’ wires in image, also it looks corroded. Assuming this is causing grounding issues so no power is going through. If anyone knows the correct gauge of that wire would be great.

Re: ‘85 Spree - no power issue
Only thing else I have noticed is bad green wiring (exposed wire) coming off negative battery terminal going back into wiring loom. Could this be it? Yes, that green wire is the main conductor for the grounding side of the system. Thanks, I’ll rewire those next. Aside from that, everything else on ...

‘85 Spree - no power issue
Have an ‘85 Spree with no power getting to it. Battery is dead for sure so hooked jumpers up to my truck and would expect to see at the least rear light, blinkers, and horn plus starter engage but I get zero power to them. Checked the red wire to fuse, fuse, red wire from fuse to front, red wire fro...
