Just got a malossi rapid sense afr gauge, I know it’s for 4 strokes but it should work on 2 stroke it will just reduce the life of the sensor. Has anyone used one of these? I don’t get any readings at all.
Thanks,
Casper

I have looked everywhere online for a service manual for the Honda Eve from Japan but cant find one. If anyone has one or know where I can get one please send me a link or a picture of the wiring diagram.

Paint brand recommendations
I am about to paint my spree, working on wet sanding everything right now but was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a paint and clearcoat. I will be using a paint gun. Any other tips for painting would be appreciated.

Do you have any idea what the green and brown wires on the eve speedo are?

Re: Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion
And here is the wiring on the spree itself, kind of hard to see what's going on.

Re: Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion
IMG_5171.jpg IMG_5170.jpg Top is the eve, bottom is spree. I can match most of the wires up with new connections but I have no idea where the brown and green wires on the eve speedo go I cant find anything in English about it either. There are clearly a lot more wires coming off the spree, do I jus...

Re: Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion
I have everything for the headset, turn signals, headlight, cowls, speedometer. I do not have the eve handle bars but I am now learning I may need them. I'm confused on the wiring for the speedometer for the most part, there are a lot more wire connections on the spree speedo compared to the eve's. ...

Honda Spree to Eve headset conversion
I’m doing a conversion to a Honda eve on my spree and the wiring looks different between the two on the headset. If anyone knows how to do it I need some guidance.

Can you test a stator when it’s off the bike?
I have a feeling I have an alternator issue but I want to test it. I was wondering if I could take it off the bike and test it that way rather than running the bike and testing it that way. If anyone knows how to test it that way I would love to know how.
Thanks,
Casper

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work
Could it be my regulator? Some of the connections look a little corroded.

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work
So I haven’t even been riding the bike that long I just finished the build. Found a lot of loose bullet connectors from the alternator/stator, I have a feeling that is the problem. I don’t think there is any power being converted to charge the battery or run the light. This is my first time doing an...

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work
Took the battery to a store and they said it was shot. Got a new one and turn signals work now but still no headlight.

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work
So I tested the battery and it was only giving out 10 volts, put a battery with confirmed 12v and turn signals worked. Gonna test the battery and if it’s good then I guess I’ll be looking into the wiring on the stator.

Re: Headlights and turn signals suddenly don’t work
My oil light comes on my my horn works so I thought my battery would be ok but I’ll test it. Connections looked fine under the headset everything was connected. I’m wondering if one of my alternator wires got shorted or something. Fuse is also fine.
