Thank you Leo! I found if you clean the plastic with a degreaser, then spray with silicone spray, it helped with the lightly faded areas, Some of the tougher spots (Like the front panel) it did not help as much. I'm going with the patina like wheelman-111 said haha!

Thank you so much! I am so glad you have this Forum. It helped me get the tires to seat right on this Aero. I could not figure out why I had a bubble/ wobble when I put the new tires on. I love working on these old Hondas. It did have a air box! I cleaned the box and filter as best I could. IMG_4525...

So my clean 1984 Aero 50 looked good when I got it... but it had issues. First It stopped running. When I inspected it: The gas tank was rusted (Thankfully not too bad), carb was clogged, It had house plumbing connecting gas tank to carb, had #2 pencil plugging vacuum line, Trunk latch was broken......
