It doesnt shut off itself, it will run for as long as you need. Its just when I hit the kill switch, then it wont restart. The motor turns over fine, it doesnt even sound close to catching on and starting. Let the scooter cool and it will fire in seconds. The scooter runs great all the time, its ju...

I went for a quick ride and couldn't notice a difference. But it is cool and wet out, actually a tornado just hit in Paw Paw which is close to me. It's been raining all day so I will have to test some other time. One thing I noticed was it runs really smooth now, i'm running 20:1. My mother-in-law ...

When it shuts off, will the starter turn the motor over? If it does then you either have a fuel feed problem or an ignition component getting hot and quit working. Get a peice of hose and by pass the petcock and any filter if there is one. Go straight from the tank to the carb and test run it. The e...

I'll bet that bug didn't breath real raspy like and carry a light lazer. But if you push to hard you could end up like orange hat here. http://i145.photobucket.com/albu...

That was worth it just see another one of your cartoons. Hondaman needs a new court jester to entertain him. I think you will fit that opening perfectly. How can I be demoted from King First Class to jester by a mere Hondaman. My First Class Knight will not allow it, http://i145.photobucket.com/alb...

Expandable boat drain plug...not good idea. It soaked up ALOT of gas overnight and is very swollen. So I ended up filling the end of oil pump (gear removed) with the 2 part liquid JB-Weld, let it harden, drilled small hole in center of it and screwed a screw into it. Then I got the 2-part JB-Weld t...

Since I plan on doing the SB 50 manifold mod, it was a viable option to premix or drilling and tapping the ma...
