i put the rings on, and the new piston, he needs a air box like a told him, i tuned it to run, but i also said, dont run it like this for long, it has a short in the system, but at the time i didnt know about it. it just needs a box, and it will run.

the moped army in the front along with the japan flag look horrible, and on aeros you dont lighten up the front pully, its got a variator so you cant lighten it. just put in lighter and heaver weights, and heaver mean higher top end. just get a race clutch.

you can also use a domed piston ( comes with low compression head )with a concave piston ( high comprerssion head ). which will make both of them high and give you 2-3 mph.

fully unrestricted it wont hit 40 easy, it will struggle to get there, this is no 85, you might not even be able to get 40 unrestricted, the fastest i have ever got a 86 going unrestricted was 37.

dude, it can be as simple as your wireharness, my aero had a bad harness that shorted out, and it did this, fixed the prob and wala, ran perfect...
