an SE50 or a dio both do about 35mph stock. with amazing take off. on a light frame like an sb50, i would say 40mph. But! with a dio motor, for $110 you can do all of 50mph. Though you may see a slight increase at lower rpm's, once you get higher in the rpm's, the airflow becomes too great for a little fan or possibly even a leaf blower to keep up. Now, how to read it. Ex. A #64 drill bit would produce a jet size of 91 and a #70 a jet size of 71. Guage is your numbered drill bits and jet sizes are the metric values.

A main jet of 100 should be way too rich for any top speed on that bike. You can prolly hit 10mph?? Also, if your looking for body panels to make this thing nice, as your other post stated, dont go a trash them by doing wheelies and laying it down. These are hard to come by for this year. It will tension itself. That back pulley should pull it tight. The back pulley has a spring that pushes the two pulley halves together and forces the pulley outward, this is what auto-tensions your belt.
