Do I need insurance on my elite 50?

I live in California, so things might be different, but i am wondering if my state (or most states) require a 50cc scooter to be insured??

I think my scooter is running too lean now after I drilled through the baffle chamber on the exhaust. Its pretty rough on the idle, so I assume there is something going on?? I still dont understand how I do it manually. I get aersol and carb cleaner and i then somehow shoot it through the carb?? I'm not even sure how that would work.

alright, upon further inspection the tip is like way at the bottom of the muffler. ( .) Like essentially where the period is if you're looking directly at the back of the muffler. So if I were to drill a circle around it I'd be drilling through the side walls of the muffler as opposed to through the...

Quick Question!!

My exhaust has the little tip placed at an angle and not in the center of the back of my muffler thing (I have an elite 50). So I cant really drill the holes in a perfect circle around it, is that alright??

My Honda Elite...what needs to change(?)

To put it simply, my little urban stallion just isn't running like she should. I got a new air filter today as i had taken out the old shards of foam that were in there a few weeks ago. So now its quiter and slightly slower again...do I really need that filter!!?!? And the thing has almost no thrott...

I would have no idea if the oiler was working or if my fan was attached?? I'm handy enough to figure stuff out, but I've never worked on cars or motorcycles and I've spent about 5 minutes with this engine thus far.

every once in a while when I'm crusing the throttle will just cut out and become completely unresponsive. It then coasts until the engine dies then it takes about 40 minutes of rest to start back up. Might this have anything to do with the spark plug??
