nahh i gotta get a belt, a cluth, weights, rear pulley. im thinkin of converting it to a a zx rear if can and idk about the belt kelly clutch 15% center spring

well actually it depends where the ped is before its classified as a scooter. mopeds actually supposed to be the ones with pedals that help start the engine. and no pedals is supposed to be a moped.but down here mopeds are 50cc and under. anything above is considered a scooter.
