Wait so if the compression is less than 90 theres no way to fix it? nothing??

well, I cleaned the carb and it didnt really do anything. How do I check the compression, and if its to low what do I do to fix it? Thanks fot all of the help guys!

I just got my 84 honda spree back from getting fixed ( Let my friend drive it and he crashed it), and it feels really weak. It only goes 22 on flat and doesnt even make it up hills. Cant someone please tell me what i can do to fix it or whats the problem? Thanks
