Happy, I wouldn't get too excited about a larger rear pulley. While there is space for it, you will probably need a slightly longer belt. A larger rear pulley will just give you better take off, but by adding a slightly larger belt, might help ride up higher on the front pulley. Anyway, an update, I...

Just went thru a gallon of gas. Got 80 mpg which is about the same as my old 50cc BUT I have to admit, I've been dogging my scoot. I can't help it, its nice being able to keep up with traffic and pass them at times! No note on how much oil its eating per gallon of gas with the oil injector cable adj...

Ok, companies make parts , aftermarket parts that they know are frequently changed due to wear. Variator wear, not alot but the face does, the rollers alot. Its not an expensive part to manufacture and the mark up I would bet is unreal at $45 let alone $100 or more! I have seen some with new rear ra...

Never seen the tecni pipe. The ability to change different silencers aounds nice. Right now, I think anything is quieter than my stock. I don't think its so much the two tiny holes just a worn muffler and I think the new cylinder has to do with making it loud. Next month I will do the muffler, and I...

Sorry! I though I saved it when I resized it and I didn't check my post. Yeah I have seen Alaska's video's , gonna check it out again and pay attention to it more. $140 is very reasonable for that PG pipe. I just rode it 40 miles last night! A 20 mile trip each way, all going at 40 to 50 mph. Ran gr...

30 mph without touching throttle, darn, that is not only dangerous but could be burning up your rear clutch. Download manual here on the forum. Check throttle cable adjustment, adjust carb, ur's is different than stock so I don't know but yeah big time, something is not right with the fuel system. P...

Ya know, I know the pipe is big and not pretty. It has to preform better than my stock pipe. *, My scoot, d***, I just drove it 40 miles. 20 miles each way. Was hard to keep the speedo needle down. Like a cracked throttle and its doing 25 mph and the engine is crackling like it wants more gas. Then ...

Happy, just took it into town and back. Its running really sweet. 60 MPH yes, easy. I can't believe the power and speed. Its like before, you just opened the throttle all the way and kept it there. Now you open it like a real motorcycle. If I run it at 40 I expect awesome gas milege. I will post the...

Well, Finally got the old 12.2 to 1 final drive gear pressed out and replaced with a new 8:44 to 1 gearset. The local machine shop used a hydraulic press, took bout 10 min and they did it for free! Cleaned out complete tranny case. Got my New 8:44 to 1 gear set back in, new variator, 9 gram weights,...

Yeah, CNC is not cheap. Aviation aluminum is really thin and a zip tool will eat thru it really easy. You need the right router bit. Actially, on a small drill press with the right zip tool, you can grab the piece and manuver it around the bit and get a nice finish, but it is work. Yeah, milling the...
