Im actually just going to mold some clear tails and put them on once I get the moped actually running well. The paint is actually purple and I had to order it from napa.

i mean that cleaned it off with gas and then put some 10w -40 on it.

well i tried jetting up higher and it never goes into high rpm now. I think im gonna go get some new jets and some more plugs over the weekend to try it all out. I do have the second snorkel drilled out all the way and the filter is coated nicely in oil

i can drill you one out since i now own a complete set of 68 the 60 guage drill bits.

its a new exhaust so I think its safe to assume that its not exhaust

I am currently having the same problem I installed a r1 muffler and have a 89 jet and still not getting a coca brown plug. Not sure how much a difference is between my stock muffler and the r1 would cause but it should be a reference point.

true true I was just wondering if it was possible I coulda put the carb together wrong or something like that

You really think i would need a 1mm main jet just because I got a r1? Vt cycles said like a 82 or 85 would do.

Nope somehow the fuse running off the battery got disconnected Im a idiot. Adjusted the air screw 3/4 turns out and still about 35-36mph. The plug did look a little darker but still not near where it needs to be.

Also it still didnt turn over after I got driving it and push started it.
