When i use the impact wrench it just kinda spins and doesnt get any looser.. am I doing something wrong here I have never used one before so I dont know what im looking for.

where might i go to have them sandblasted?

I wanna repaint the rims what would be the best way to remove the paint from them. Sanding it all off by hand seems like kind of a pain. my second question is any ideas on how to secure the skirts to the side panels? Ive decided to wait on the kit and just de restrict for the moment. I think I am just going to order a aftermarket variator off ebay. Do I need any special tools besides a impact wrench to get everything off? clutch puller? etc? if so where would I purchase one.
