No Headlight or Blinker
2001 Honda Elite Hasnt been run in a few weeks. I took apart the front headlight and console so I could repaint it and clean it off. When I reassembled it all switches worked except the headlight and the left blinker. However When I unplugged them and put it together again I had no headlight and no ...

Re: 2001 Elite No Electric Wont Start
Like I said the electrical stuff seems to work if i jiggle the handle a bit. The horn will work faintly (battery is low after winter storage) but you can hear it honk. Its just as soon as I pull the handle back in it stops working again and I will have to re jiggle the handle to get it to work again.

The oil light which is always on after plugging the oil pump only comes on when i jiggle the left break handle. When I pull the break handle in the light goes off and the electric no ...

Moped shut off while riding...Wont start
I fired up my moped went about .5 miles to get some gas. I filled her up and headed back home with no problems. I then left using the starter to turn the moped on and left. I headed about a mile down the road and everything just stopped working. The engine shut off, the starter wouldnt work, the tur...

Re: Problem with big bore kit
Well the bore was the 50mm Ruima bore i bought from toboggan. It came with a thin base gasket so im assuming thats what it was meant to use. The threads on both ends are a little longer than the stock ones so its kind of hard to tell if they are all the way in. Is there a better way to tighten the s...

Problem with big bore kit
So I received my big bore kit in the mail. I noticed that it was missing the nuts that came with the kit so I figured I would just reuse the old bolts. I got it on but only 2 of the bolts actually would tighten down. So I tried the studs that came with the kit and they tighten in but I have no way o...

Re: WIRING HONDA ELITE IGNITION
so basically I am correct by wiring both black/white wires together and running them up to the new ignition switch? If that is indeed the case the engine is still not functioning correctly. Could it possibly have something to do with the on off switch?>

I now have all the wires hooked up but I cannot get it wired correctly. I have the 2 black/white stripe wires ran into one and hooked them all up ...
