Im starting to give up on this thing, the only thing left i know of is some kind of resistor that bolts to the fr...

I did a plug chop before it starts spitting and its that perfect tan color with a little bit of burnt oil on it, and when i shut it down after holding it wide open its a little bit darker and sometime its moist with gas or oil( i cant really tell which, most likely both)and sometimes its just a litt...

I checked the exaust port and its perfectly clean, and i loosened the header bolts just to see if it would run a little better without any resistance if the exaust is plugged up, but it didnt make a difference.

Aero 80 not running past 25
I posted a thread a while ago but noone seemed to know what was wrong with it. It starts first kick, the carb is spotless, i put in a new vaccuum control valve, ignition coil and cdi. It hasnt changed one bit. It still starts first kick but just spits and pops past 20-25. Its almost like you have to...

I didnt clean it with a wire i didnt stick anything through any of the holes i just let it soak and cleaned it multiple times, everything is perfectly clean, and the guy who had it before me let it sit for the past couple years and he was pretty old so i doubt he messed with the carb or anything for...

But my aero starts first kick everytime and idles fine but otherwise it runs horribly. I dont know what goes on inside the vaccum control box but im thinking that could be the problem ...

There is no bystarter on the carb like the 50 and 125 have, the only thing to the carb besides the throttle cable are the vaccuum lines that i replaced, and the gas line. It seems to run a little better with the top of the airbox off, but not much better. I can hold it wide open from a standstill an...
