Sure, but even a fan won't help me if those things are wrong.

I doubt I'll seize going full speed because there will be lots of air flow, I'll do plenty of plug chops to make sure I'm not too hot.

I'm gonna just go ahead and ditch the covers. Screw it, if I sieze I'll buy a 70cc kit. I won't damage anything but the top end if I get it too hot right?

The scooter in the link is an 85, but he may have added one after the fact. I've become more and more convinced as this project advances that I have no room for a battery. I simply must have a kickstarter. What years will fit then? What do I need besides the cover and kickstarter itslef? Does the ki...

On second thought, a fan would just mung up the whole thing too. The best thing would be no fan and no shroud. Maybe I'll just put a temp gauge on it and run it with the shroud and see what the temp should be, then I'll run with and w/o a fan and see how hot it gets. I split lanes in traffic, so I n...

Actually, the color seems right. The frame is silver too, so it would look wierd to have a black engine in it. Also, the aero I posted in the link has a silver cover, but with a kickstarter.

My Aero has no kickstarter:

Will a kickstart from a se50 fit? Are there kickstarters on other years that would fit? Anybody have one?[/url]

Yep, LED lights would do the trick. They don't use nearly as much juice. If you don't want to go that route, just add a second battery or larger motorcycle battery. The only problem is that your alternator may not be albe to keep up. It depends on what size amp you use. Worst case, you'll have to tu...

Why would I ever want to stop???

The fan would be a good idea, just in case. I could probably hide a pretty good sized fan under the frame where it wouldn't be noticable, good call stroka.
