FYI: Aluminum melts at 660.37 °C or 1220.666 °F You have a pretty good comfort zone as long as you don't skimp on the oil or get a "hot spot". :D But its gets too weak for engine purposes well below that. Not to mention all of the plastic parts in close proximity...... I only posted...

TC.........If I recall correctly, you said in a previous post that you kept your scooters in the house to keep the Flintstones from stealing them.

timcat...........remember the answer Dac gave you in the Performance forum regarding clogging the pipe? didnt i tell you not to even try this. Straight pipes on 2 strokes fail.
