Looks like you got a bad bystarter. Disable it like I did or get a new one.

I use the 45 degree ones on my sportbike, I don't have any probs filling my scooter with the short valves.

Yeah I love the looks when I say it cost me $1.60 to fill up my Aero and that I can get close to 70MPG! 8) I'm still waiting for an offer I can't refuse for my scooter! :lol:
