ok got a new air filter and now perfect

except now my spark plug cap keeps falling off :*:

u think i need a new cap or just a new plug? or both?

ok i turned the mixture screw out just a little and it fixed it pretty much all the way except. like lets say you are running it wideopen and you let off on the throttle and let it come almost down to idel and then hammer on the throttle then it will bogg. this is the only time it will bogg. it wont...

ok i got the spark problem fixed :peace: but now i need help on getting the thing to run right. this is what it does: it will start fine and will ideal fine then you try to give it gas then it just boggs, but then if you do it a couple more times it will rev up but then it will not want to idel back...

which way did you blow air threw it with the air nosel?

ok so i have still not ben able to get the pilot jet cleaned i can get it to spray from the place where it lets air on the carb where it suck the air into the engin and if i spray carb cleaner it will spray out the little hole in the bore of the carb. but i still can not get it threw the actual tube...

ok its getting enough fuel in the bowl i did the test. so i took the carb apart and cleaned it again but i am wondering i the poilt jet is is a perminent one, and should you be able to see threw it? i think it might be plugged because i can not stick a needle threw it or get any carb spray to spray ...

so you think the problem might be its not getting enough fuel in the bowl?

i no its geting fuel to the bowl because while its running i can open the drain and fuel will run out. but ya i will clean the carb. again cant hurt anything.

and on the mixture screw it should be at 1.5 turns out? and does turning it out richin the mixture?

but i would never use it. um just use carb cleaner its not very exspensive and you might use a tooth brush to scrub it?

ok so the reeds might be the problem? is that comon simptons of bad reeds?
