Another quick carb question!

Last night i took off the carb for a cleaning.. my first time. So i seen a couple of guides that show how to take it apart and put it back together but neither talk about what to do with the 3 adjustment screws. I understand how to adjust the air and throttle but what do you do with the bottom screw...

? I thought at first it was wrong but then after looking online at a honda dealer parts list it shows the same tube which looks like it would hooked up the same. Well i used the soapy water and got both tires to seat right no probs! Pretty awesome. Finally felt safe to run at max speed with the new tires and new helmet. I believe the elite is hitting around 47MPH. Now heres a quick question about tire pressure. On the Pirelli SL 26 tire it says 47 PSI Cold.....

:) Ok soapy water it is. I do know that WD-40 will eat metal so...

Yeah i've checked the tube plenty of times when i deflated the tire. Its tucked in good.

Now to find that tire gauge.

Ahh... So thats the trick. Ok well i cant do that tonight with no sun. :( I hope i have some WD-40 laying around somewhere. DOnt want to use water as it will help the rust hehe.

So spray the insides of the rim and inflate the tire and let it sit in the sun?

Welp, since you cant buy a 88-93 SA50 Engine shroud as there discontinued i need pictures of all sides so i can make my own. I just need to know where the air enters in and how it seals to the fan cover.
