looking good! what airfilter is that? on mine the smallest one i could find hit the shock, so i had to make an intake tube that went around it....

dio has wider head/cylinder bolt spacing to make room for the giant transfer ports, other than that its very similar to nb50/sa50/se50. all the transmission parts on my aero are for a dio. the exhaust port is parallel to the chassis instead of 45degrees...

malossi has them. no calculating for me, i just turned my back wheel and counted how many times the clutch bell spun around, just over 8, so i suspect they are the 8.1:1 gears. they are 16/32. they do work, im running them as of right now. they do fine with my malossi cylinder, which is awfully scor...

the oil pump will be ok with bore kit. only real reason i am premixing is because i fudged my pump while attempting to disassemble and inspect it. you could adjust the cable so it shoots in more oil. i suspect youll be just fine.

yeah spree is a little scarier! aero is longer wheelbase and larger tires, so its a bit more stable. mine truthfully feels rock solid at speed. i do have 90/90-10's on it too.

you will need an overbore piston if you bore it. oem pistons usually come in .25mm increments. stock parts are really expensive, it was almost 100 bucks to rebuild my aero to stock overbore specs. big bore time!!!

any holes in the plug wire? it should ground the plug when you touch it to ground on the motor or frame...
