Go up on plug hotter or lower. Sounds simple but it worked for me. Fuel will burn differently at different altitudes even in a combustable motor. One of the reasons private planes crash. The don't perform the same at different altitudes and humidity.

The gas doesn't pour out of the overflow. If I open the bowl drain screw it keeps flowing. If I disconnect both the gas line and the vac line from the carb the gas continues flowing out of the gas line. Tell me what you did to get 35mph on the flat and I might just be satisfied with that. I don't mind the 25 uphill so much.
