Instead of expencive NOS, how about a camping size canister of Propane, with a small tube connected to the air box, with a adjustable dial to control flow of gas? Just a low flow of gas should give a good kick.

Another Crazzzzy idea-------------ya ready---ski attachment

Ok, so, been pinging around the idea of a ski attachment on my elite for a number of years now. Ski's as in Mini-ski's. Thinking about making a adjustable mount.

That way, I can ride my Elite during the winter, with no fear of tipping or sliding out, as if i tip too far, the ski will support me.

You dont need to drain the oil. Just keep it topped off. These bikes are 2 stroke, and automatically mix the gas and oil so you do not have to. I just hope you didnt put regular motor oil in it, if you did, dont drive the bike, drain the oil tank immediatly, and go to your local motor sport dealor a...

With the sea foam in the carb, keep feathering the throttle. Thing about sea foam, is it burns much much better once the engine is warm. So keep doing it, once it gets that right temp, it will stay running, a low idle, but will keep running. Once it's running, take it for a ride at full throttle unt...

Mine does 35-40 Stockish. All I did was remove the restrictor washer on my exhaust, and the restriction plate on the clutch, and bwamo, from 25 to 40! :) oh, and I de-carbonized my muffler. Total time to remove restrictions, 2 hrs. Total time to de-carbonize muffler with a can of carb cleaner and a ...

I checked the air cover. It's always had a problem. The orignal owner thatput the first 120 miles on it, stripped all the screws for the air box. So I put a moldable clay type cauk around it and used a special filler silicone to fill in the screw holes, and then proceeded to use a larger size screw....

I Gave up trying to fix my Elite!

Well, I have given up trying to fix my elite! i finally broke down and cleaned the carb the proper way in the middle of nowhere (I was 30 miles from home!). that got me up to about 20 mph, but if i turned throttle further to go caster, it would just die out. carb settings are all proper. So anywho, ...
