Thanks for the offers of help. A couple pointed out voltage regulators available. I think you may have missed my later post where he has replaced the VR twice (with brand new ones) and each time they burn out . So he has done that a few times and we'd rather avoid that again. This just in....

Apparently this bike has had 2 voltage regulator recently and they both burned out.

Anyone think it is the rectifier or alternator?
