OK, I took the started out..same rattle was there...
Found it was a loose baffle in the muffler.
Replaced the muffler, like new again

I went looking for a wire harness problem first. I uncovered multiple connectors in a cover on the left side in front of the engine. there were 2 plastic connectors with 2 wires each, and 4 single connectors, as I was moving them the tail light came on!..I cleaned all the connections and everything ...
