I dubt it will do 50 stock and even then it prob take forever,by a 94 and up s/sr and swap out gearing, pulley/ramp,clutch springs ,and weights take the restrictors out put on a pod rejet and you'll do 50 easy if you sub 170 lbs

stock carb? either way 1 1/2 turns out, if you need to 1 turn in then your jetting is too small , if you go to 2 turns out then your your jetting is too large .

what range 6/7/8/9 ?
Is it the cast iron or the aluminum?
If it seized you can look at the piston and that will tell you alo on why it seized, 4 point seize too lean, seize on intake side or stator side either too lean or intake leak -crank seals? , I forgot what exhaust port seizeure's where

what type of plug and what brand of cylinder?
If your melting plugs try going to a cooler plug - I would only run ngk's ,if your running a 7 try a 8 ,or 8 try a 9, I'm guessing stock crank or stock stroke ?

who put the cylinder on? who retuned the bike ?
If you put the cylinder on did you put the piston on the right way? arrow or ex facing the exhaust port,

Who retuned the bike, jetting, weights etc?
premix or oil pump?
Stock carb/pipe/ air box?

Okay I'm gonna have to double check when I get home..... but If I recall correctly my VIN is JH2AF121 and the frams says 1987 on it but the engine has AF05E stamped on it. That would be like an 88 engine on an 87 frame so something doesn't add up here... you either have a spree or 89 E eng in it th...

that's a fill plug,unless is is directly at the bottom.If replacing weights on a stock setup,use stock weight weights,there is no 73cc kit only 63 cc for the af09e eng, if you want more cc's you need to go with a elite s eng -af16e-94 to 01 .
