hey, i had to do the same thing when i put the dio forks on my elite e, if you go slow it doesnt look bad at all, i cant even tell anymore! i heated it and used a bowl to keep a smooth round shape.

i took a hole saw on the drill press and cut the center out, it is much better, no more clutch fade. i am going to cut a sunburst looking vent on my aero, ill get pics, someday...

eveything is the same as the dio stem, except the aero stem is a few inches longer, i guess you could cut the dio stem out and replace it with the aero stem. the aero is the one and only honda 50 scooter with a unique steer tube length! the dio, se50, sa50, and sb50 all share head tube dimensions. h...
