If it doesn't ignite with gas on top of the piston, it's not getting spark, or low compression. alright i went to harbour freight and got a compression tester opened it up and it was missing parts! just happened to be the parts i needed. Soooo i wont be able to exchange it until Sat. in the mean time i tried putting mixed gas down the spark plug hole and put the spark plug in and it still didn...

how do i do a compression test remember im a newbie!

Today i went and bought a 1985 honda spree with a title knowing it wasnt running. I spent the whole day cleaning it up took everything apart cleaned the carb twice, checked the oil pump, spark plug, put fresh gas and oil in it, put new hoses on it (clear), and primed them. I put it all back together...

Will a exhuast pipe and a airbox from a 1986 spree fit my 1985 spree?

Okay i replaced all the hoses added a fuel filter and even installed a valve shut off for the gas so i can drain the gas from the carb when it sits for more then a month. Again i really appreciate you guys for helping me!

Fuel is in the fuel line bear because i can pull the line off the carb and fuel will immediately begin comming out. fell just isnt coming out of the car bowl when i open the valve. And yess i do understand the principles thanks guys ill try and unstick the needle...

There is no gas getting to the float bowl. When i open the valve nothing comes out but a few drops from my understanding when suction is applied to the air hose coming from the petcock gas should go into the carb then into the bowl. But this is not happening. Is the one solutiong to this problem? Do...
